Officially down 20 lbs since 1/20. Hoping it will keep "catching up" since I held in the same 3 lb range for 3 weeks in March. Going to try on the 18s today. I could get them on before but they weren't comfortable so I was in the 22s I had (no size 20 in the closet this round). Hopefully I'll be able to put the 22s away for good now. I can get them off without unbuttoning them and they're way too loose but needed the next fitting size to let them go lol.

Baking the chicken breasts today, probably have the broccoli and cheese sauce with it and then use the 2nd one for chicken salad this week. Still have 1/4 sub left from Friday so that'll be my breakfast/brunch today.
96.4 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 30.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week
