Yesterday
Breakfast:Collagen +cocoa powder +Matcha tea, 2 cups of coffee, 2 eggs
Lunch: Shabu-Shabu soup with pork meat, Natto, Tofu
Dinner: Salad with tempeh, oven baked chicken+broccoli+green beans +Shimeji +Japanese sweet potatoes, and nuts

I had a lots of calories yesterday.
45.3 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 4.2 kg a Week
