This weight drop was a bit unexpected, because I ate more than I was planning. Getting kids to bed tonight was especially stressful, so I snacked on some dried mango. But I logged it! I also got 10,000 steps in yesterday despite it raining most of the day.
98.3 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 29.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
