Although the number on my scale is going down slowly, my measurements tell a storey of 4.5 inches gone as well so Im happy!
82.2 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

That's awesome!! The best part of losing weight is when you put on your regular clothes and they start to feel loose, then you KNOW you're doing something right!! Good job :)

I saw on your profile that you're a fan of yoga pants... That's been my wardrobe for about 2 years now, lol! Won't it be nice when we can put on a pair of jeans and they don't feel like they're cutting into our stomach?! Although even when that time comes, I won't give up my yoga pants, cause they're the most comfy thing ever...they'll be prying them out of my cold dead hands before I give them up, lol!!

I use to do the Atkins and I am considering it again just to get a good jump start to loosing and to add only healthy carbs back in...

Don't get me wrong I love my yoga pants too I just don't want to have to rely on them since nothing else fits. One of my goals when the weight is gone I will buy new snazzy yoga clothes! Oh BTW I don't even do yoga . lol One day perhaps I will start to do yoga just not yet!
