Breakfast: 2 egg’s omelette, collagen powder+cocoa powder+black tea and 2 cups of coffee
Late lunch: Shabu-Shabu (Tofu, Pork, Beef, Komatsuna, Shimeji and Kelp noodles), 1 apple and nuts.
44.7 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
