Well I didn't do too bad on calorie restriction day. Though I went closer to 600 calories so that's probably why it wasn't hard. Only one pound different then yesterday so that's just water weight. Now the trick is to eat only 1500 calories today.

I entered my food from Sunday and my total calories were approximately 2000. Still doesn't explain the four lb jump but going to keep trying and see what happens this week.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
