That drop didn’t last long but at least not all the way back up. But still ends up being less that 1/2 a pound loss so not great. Need to continue dialogue with myself. Maybe when I’m not asking it it’s sustainable is when I know it’s not the way I should be eating.
65.1 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
