Oof that endobelly bloat got some crazy effects. Does anyone else here have endometriosis? I have an appointment with the endo specialist/doctor begin april to talk about the status since last year and potential surgery to remove it.
Of course these issues can cause like 10 lbs of discrepancy weight which is why I don’t weigh more than once a month - however since I am healed from the other operations and ready to start back on my goal of body recomposition, to bring the bodyfat percentage down and increase muscle mass, I will work with a local trainer, and see how we get on over the coming few months. I also bought a couple new weights to add to my kettlebell collection and am happy to be out walking as before all the operation. My birthday is in June and the trainer is like a gift to myself to help with the goals. Yesterday was my start to readjust the nutrition and timing - felt odd to be eating small meals every 3 hrs again yesterday but I know from experience how amazing it works. Back then it felt intuitive so I know the importance of doing it your own way while also eating to build the good muscle. Find the balance in the best of both worlds 🏋️ my new goal weight range after maintaining around 75 kg is adjusted to 60-68 and more importantly the 25-30% bodyfat — I am guessing by the way — because I have an aesthetic in mind, not numbers. But trainers use numbers so I chose a 10% reduction in body fat , and let the weight fall where it may, I guessed between 60-68kg. Maybe 65? Not sure yet. I’ll know when we get there. The coming 3 months will be a lot of talk on lifting and progress of the goal from last year of keeping a big ass while also losing bodyfat 😂
75 kg Lost so far: 70 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Caveat : I will be logging my nutrition on another app which she uses for her clients and only posting photos here - tracking 2x is unnecessary… calories & macros are set and she does the meals which I choose according to my own taste & cravings each day
