Ugh...I was down to 147 after my fasting day on Thursday and I did well Friday eating wise. Saturday and Sunday I didn't pig out but ate normally and I'm up a pound. I'll be interested to see what happens this week. When I told my husband the plan he said it sounds like a diet within a diet, If I have to limit my calories to 1500 every day and then 500 for two days. I'm going to plug in what I ate Saturday and Sunday to see what my normal calorie intake is when I eat what makes me happy.
