I feel that frustration, been in a rut myself, but with that, I feel great. I try to focus more on how I feel, and the active part of my healthy choices. I believe we can get back to losing if we stay focused.

That's very true! And I'm feeling pretty good when it comes to my body. I wake up with sore muscles from exercising and go to bed after eating healthy all day. It's something to be proud of even if I'm not losing.

Hang in there, you’re doing the right things! Not sure if it’s helpful, but sharing that I’ve found in those weeks where I’ve eaten in a deficit and worked out, it’s normally attributed to one of two things for me: building muscle which is better for weight loss in the long run, or which week of the hormone cycle I’m in. (I gain in the 2nd week of my own monthly cycle often).

Went through an up/down rut for weeks, then all of a sudden, success. Hang in there. You will get there. Never give up. We've got you. ☺️

I read somewhere that if you eat in a deficit you plateau and don't lose weight

You’ve got this. Keep at it. The results will come. I relate with your feelings of frustration though. It’s disheartening when you’ve done everything right.
