Gee, got rid of those three errant pounds that showed up after a sudden gain last week. AND, this time I got my fat calipers out and took three readings, finding that I went from 16 to 10. Oddly, the booklet with the calipers says that for men over 60 (that would be me, ahem . . .), the 10 reading shows "partially lean". Uh, not so sure about that. It's been a couple months since I checked the fat calipers, so this is good news, nevertheless.
