😯 New Low....under 135

Went to Gym today. Hubby is working on our tax prep still, so he didn't go with me. I focused on lower body. I did my therapy exercises for my arms, but nothing else. My right arm was feeling tender. It wasn't too busy for a Saturday, but some guy was right behind me doing push-ups on the bare floor 😳 then jumping on one of the weight machines. He kept grunting loudly....so annoying. Anyone else when choosing a treadmill, try to get one with no one on either side of you? Usually, Hubby gets on the one to my right. Today, this really big guy got on the one to my left, in spite of there being multiple others free. I kept seeing him in my peripheral vision & it was distracting. I guess I'm just weird.

Bed time. 🛌 I didn't realize the time changed tonight til I heard it on the radio. Losing an hour of sleep 😒🕑 Oh well, at least it's Sunday & I have nowhere to be. It will be nice to have daylight later. Good night 😴
