Raised my calories because I have a ankles stress fracture and apparently if you run and are over fifty and are in a calorie deficit and not enough protein that is a situation for a fracture to happen. Leaning into more protein and nutrient rich foods to heal.
90.0 kg Lost so far: 23.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
