I worked really hard at following and exceeding my meal and exercise goals this week. but I didn't lose any more weight than the weeks that i didn't stick to the plan. this is very disappointing so I will try again to be super diligent and see if anything improves this week.
105.5 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 37.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
