Weighed in yesterday at 161. Today was 163 with a hoodie on.
Looks like the surplus of calories has caught up with my weight now.
I've been eating at my original caloric target this past week, most times I was running out of time to eat more towards the 4000kCal mark.
Last couple of days, I've been feeling bloated and fatigued. Not too sure what's up yet...
72.6 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't be discouraged! Weight fluctuates from day to day, and even what time of day you weigh in. This is why I only weigh in once a week, and first thing in the morning. (For what that's worth. 🙂)
