Gained substantially. No mystery. Fell into the squares from the funeral lunch and the leftovers are at my house where I have been eating them. Thank goodness my granddaughter came last night. She will polish those off fairly soon!

We had a nice gathering of people on Thursday at my father in law's home to celebrate his life in lieu of a funeral. We had some sandwiches and desserts from the local restaurant so it was all made in house there. Food was good! It was nice to spend time visiting with his friends.

My son and his wife are here until Monday and then things are back to 'normal'
83.7 kg Lost so far: 38.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
