Yey - counting calories again has helped! Can't believe I'm down 5 lbs. Counting calories makes me more aware of my choices - who knew 1 cup of cranberry almond chicken salad had 900 calories until I recorded it in my fat secret's food log! Can't wait for my fitbit activity tracker to arrive this week and start tracking my daily 'steps". I CAN DO THIS, and it can BE FUN!
97.5 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
