Yesterday
Breakfast:Matcha tea with collagen and cocoa powder, Coffee with cream, Greek yogurt
Lunch: Boiled chicken tender, Beet soup
Dinner: Green salad with chicken salad, Baked mackerel, Yamaimo*(Japanese mountain yam) with sumac

*Yamaimo: you can find at Asian grocery store. it has lots of health benefits, especially women.
44.6 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week
