A Friendly Reminder from a dear friend....Keep on track Lisa:) so I entered what I ate on the calorie counter, recorded my exercise and I bit the bullet and entered my new fancy weigh in number...ouch!!..

Today at the gym I watched part of a series that is called "Necessary Roughness" on the USA channel. It is about a therpist who councils a football player. She was amusing when dealing with her teenaged daughter and also said all kinds of inspiring words and used analogies that went right along with this weight loss journey...I was awe inspired. So I will get my pen and paper and record some of those inspirational words when I watch it tonight. I hope I can stay up for it as I am already feeling like I am drifting off. I know my weight doesn't define me as a person but is an indicator of how I am dealing with life and my emotions.....No Regrets...Forward March TOWANDA!!!

Lisa, my dear buddy, you are indeed a force for goodness as MSL said above. I am proud of you for not abandoning ship just because your weight went in a different direction than you intended. It's okay!!! And when that happens to me, I will remember how you didn't give up either! We may fall, but we will get right back up and start anew from this moment. It's the here and now, baby!!

Necessary Roughness is one of my most favorite shows right now!!! You are right the number on the scale does NOT define who you are.
