It's been a while since I've stuck to a workout routine for this long. Love it! I'm finding that I'm perfecting my technique. The increased focus is really hitting my body differently.
Eating more has been very easy as I've been hungry every few hours naturally. No force feeding.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
