Up to my previous ☆New Low☆ OK with that 😊

Good workout today 💪 Feeling it in the legs & glutes. Continuing to add things for the arms @ low weights.

Needed groceries, so stopped after the Gym. Bought a pkg. of chicken breasts & some chicken tenderloins, bone in pork chops, turkey sausage & a corned beef brisket 😋 Can't wait to cook that! There was only one kinda ratty pkg. of strawberries 🍓 so I skipped them....bought blueberries 🫐 mango 🥭 pears🍐 Cara Cara oranges 🍊 honeycrisp apples 🍎 & raspberries. For veggies I got green leaf lettuce, cucumber 🥒 sugar snap peas, mini sweet peppers🫑baby carrots 🥕 & russet potatoes 🥔 Lot's of goodies now 😁

Therapy tomorrow. It's supposed to be a nice day...no rain for a change.

Off to bed 🛌 📚😴
