Took off the month of December. Now, I'm back on track for 2015! Here's my plan:

Sugar and artificial sugar (no diet coke!) Processed meats Transfats Flour or gluten products Processed, packaged foods Limit alcohol to 3 or 4 drinks per week
DO eat:
Veggies Coconut, Olive and Grapeseed oil Fresh fruit Organic meats Beans Potatoes Full fat dairy
Activities: Swim Yoga Bike Hike Scuba Read
I just recently had braces put on my teeth, so eating is difficult and uncomfortable. That will help me lose weight, too :-(
