Been going over my preset calories this past week purposely. Since increasing my workout focus and intensity, my body has been signaling me to eat and so, I've been hovering 4000kCal daily.
A few things to note:
I stopped eating Oatmeal. I noticed alot of digestive discomfort after my post workout meals when oatmeal was the post workout meal. I never would have guessed it was the Oatmeal! Since I've been off of it, I'm great!
I started drinking peppermint tea a couple of weeks ago while at work. I moved onto green tea when I started getting digestive discomfort as I remembered green tea is supposed to be good for digestion.
Water intake! I will likely start drinking water during my workouts. I've been hitting my daily intake but after my workouts my lips are dryyyyy. Like white around the lips dry 😬 I'm going to start with water and likely move onto an intra-workout supplement.
Lastly, might be too soon to note, but I'm seeing a body composition change. I'm specifically working on getting my shoulder width, upper back and upper chest depth development. Back, and shoulder have been tough even though I've given my back 2 days. I started giving my shoulders a few exercises on other days now and stopped the 2 day backs. I'm gaining mid section fat as expected. Gonna try some things out to see how I can minimize that.
I've done bulking like this when I first started working out. Back then was guess work and copy cat. Now it's more purposeful and calculated. Let's see how this goes.
72.3 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
