Crappy weigh in at 330 a.m. Not a lot of sleep. Today's plans include putting away winter decor and transitioning to spring- even though it is 25 degrees outside. I am cleaning the whole house and the basement. No plans for the gym today but should get plenty of exercise. Getting a new washer next week. Can't wait to wash my big comforter. We have had the same Maytag washer from Sears for about 18 years. Just isn't up to par anymore. May shop for some new throw pillows if I have any energy left. Happy Saturday! 🤸‍♀️

Cleaning the whole house sounds like quite an exercise routine to me. Shopping for throw pillows seems like much more fun. Hope you have a good weekend.

My day, every day pretty much. Hope it brings you satisfaction. I know you and I LOVE a clean neat space. And those I do it for appreciate it so much. I love what I do. 😊

Good times. when I bought my washer, I bought the biggest one they had despite everyone thinking I was crazy. why? comforters. it's just so nice to be able to handle it at home no matter what time of day or night it is. I also bought red. because. I still love them some 16 years later. they make me happy.

Sounds like a busy day! How exciting ~ a new washer! And dang it, I know about that lack of sleep it is no bueno for us gals, especially living a healthy lifestyle.

DP, I meant to tell you this earlier, we're using canned air, the kind you use to clean keyboards and whatnot, to get Chance to stop some of his bad habits. cheap, easy and you can still use it to clean stuff. and in a pinch, I can make the same noise without the can. you have to use it sparingly so they don't get used to it, but it's a great solution. thanks to my trainer friend.

May sound corny or sappy, but I practically cried when I got my new appliances almost 9 years ago! We could never buy new or top of line when we were raising the kids, so these new shiny machines were a big deal. 😄 A new big washing machine does make household laundry a lot easier. Have fun. 💕

It doesn’t sound sappy at all, Becca. I didn’t get my first brand new bed until I was in my twenties. I was so proud of it.

I'm running out of steam and definitely not likely going to get the basement done. New appliances are super exciting. I'm glad you all agree. Thanks, Katsolo. I got the collar you recommend but need to watch the video again about how to put it on correctly. Better get off here and get back to it!

I was admiring your stamina yesterday. Even without the basement, that's a lot of house to clean. Usually, I can do about half a day & I'm done! I still have some "Winter" scattered about the house....trying to decide when to go full on Spring. It usually happens when I get some inspiration from something like a magazine or a new piece of decor. I get excited for new appliances, too ❤️

It took forever. I didn't even get the upstairs bathroom, my bedroom, or laundry. As I was transitioning back to my pre- fall/winter, I realized I'm over some of the things I have had awhile that don't go with the look I want so... lots of packing up and going to goodwill. I woke up pretty stiff and achy. Wish I was in my 20's again. Got rid of an enormous clock, coffee table, floral wall art. Just got home from church. Walking the dogs and getting more done. Then back to work and repeat. I literally live like Groundhog Day. Haha. Or maybe boo hoo. 🤷‍♀️
