This weigh in is after two weeks of vacation in Florida. I still have about a week left before we return home. I decided to weigh in on a hotel scale, so this weigh-in is not on my usual scale, and also with clothes on. I feel pretty good about it.
Today is my 59th birthday. I'm looking forward to being at my goal weight when I turn 60 next year at this time.
