Well lost the bloat from last week. Feeling pretty good with last weeks progress. The big challenge will be that I leave to Florida tomorrow on vacation for 10 days. One meal at a time!
102.1 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
