Starting to feel like I can do this. today is rough though. Valentine's day without my darling for the first time. crying lots today. yet I have sun shining thru the window and I will push myself to go outside for a few minutes.
108.1 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 40.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
