Was very careful with diet to stay under 1500 a day and fasted Friday-Monday. Made a huge difference in my weight after a 2 pound gain last week. Just had to break through this stall and the fast worked. Finished the non to run program and started the race to 5 k. Have a small ankle injury from last interval run but hoping by tomorrow I can run again.
88.4 kg Lost so far: 25.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
