Just over my Low of about 3 weeks ago. 😊 Not sure why, except I did eat under 1700 calories yesterday. The most strenuous thing I did was laundry. I ended up talking to my daughter on the phone for over 2 hours, while I started putting together a jigsaw puzzle. It was rainy, so I never left the house.

Good day at the Gym. My Gym Buddy has a cold, so I went on my own today. I had some discomfort in my left leg when I went on Wednesday, but it was gone today. I didn't even have to wait for a single weight machine 😁 I did move around to each one as it was available, but didn't have to kill any time.

Hubby & I joined our 2 Nieces & their husband's in Canada on an extended Zoom call tonight after dinner. It was nice to catch up. We're trying to plan a get together for later this year in late Spring or early Summer.

62.1 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Laundry can be strenuous! I am shot so sometimes reaching down to get clothes out of the washer is a workout! I tend to take one or two pieces from the dryer at a time and walk to the master bedroom and hang up the clothes and then back to the laundry room to get more out of the dryer.. I get in lots of steps when I do laundry! I have been doing jigsaw puzzles for over a week now just for something to do.

My laundry room is in the basement, and on the rare days when I've bothered to track, I can rack up 2 or 3 thousand steps just doing laundry and some cooking. That non-exercise activity can add up!

My laundry area is just off the kitchen in a combo laundry/ bath. I did wash 3 loads that involved hanging a bunch of stuff that I only damp dried & folding. I did walk upstairs once to make sure I had everything I wanted to wash. I didn't put it away yet....still in the laundry area for that.
