Bruce Bear's Journal, 10 Feb 23

After a stressful week with my dog being sick and me not having any motivation I've gained a kilo. He is back to his normal self and I will try to do the same by starting to eat healthier. I'm going to try some light walking with my usual 4 incline 3 speed on the treadmill later.
128.5 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
