seriously Frustrated right now. I gained 2 pounds and I've been doing so well this week. I haven't had any starches of anytime I've been keeping my carbs down under 30 with lots of fiber and I still gained 2 pounds peri don't want it to drag me down but it's hard when the scale did hurt to me. I know I have to overcome it and just keep chugging along but it's not easy.
