Seeing some positive results for my dedication. I have joined some keto groups looking for something that will give me not only results on the scale but also control over cravings. I'm definitely noticing a decreased appetite. As a nurse who works 12hr shifts im used to being ravenous all day long as I'm running around the hospital all day. The last long day I worked I didn't have that starving to death feeling at all. So maybe that's progress.
I throw the word keto around loosely. I'm usually around 40g net carbs per day, and I know that's double the keto cut off but I don't know what I could change to get lower. My carbs are almost always coming from vegetables and none of them are starchy so Im okay with that. Hopefully this downward trend continues, though I know it likely won't be at this rate. Looking forward to fully adjusting to the diet and getting back into the gym.
