Today I did 3,000 steps and I worked out for 3 hours at GoodLife fitness! I did cycling for 30 minutes, treadmill for 45 minutes, elliptical for 45 minutes, rowing for 15 minutes, and bicep curls and weights for 15 minutes. 😁I really enjoyed it and felt great at the end. I’m planning to go 3 times a week and twice with my personal trainer! 😅
87.9 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 35.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You are making a lot of big changes, Kat well done. Be careful at the gym, I am sure the Goodlife trainer will advise some gym moderation, but three days is a great starting point. Impressive!!
