I've been reading up on diets. so far ive lost weight based on portion control (weigh my food) and cutting out junk food and no food after 8 pm. my thinking is maybe try keto? I dont know anyone who is on keto though so I'm a little hesitant. im pretty sedentary still but thinking I will start to add light weight training this week and a couple of mild cardio sessions and see how that makes me feel. my grief is still pretty unbearable and I know that hinders my weight loss journey. crying everyday drains my energy. its exhausting. I just have to motivate myself to get more active.
