Finally broke the plateau! I'm not really hungry much anymore, but I think I still eat 3 meals a day out of habit. I am definitely eating less, and rarely snack on sweets anymore. My goal is to be under 200 lbs by my Birthday in June.
102.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
