I went on a 24 hour fast on Monday. Lost a couple of pounds but added .2 pounds. Not too shabby considering the big meals I had yesterday.

Doing recumbant bike 45 minutes a day and weights Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and TGIF! Woo Hoo!

keep up the good work people and it looks like we have 6 more weeks of Winter. He saw his shadow!
100.2 kg Lost so far: 21.9 kg.    Still to go: 25.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week
