Went over my carbs today. Macros 26/53/21; 1644 calories; -403 net kcals. Got warm enough today to drip water from roof, but trees still ice coated like a frozen wonderland and icicles still hanging from cars. This is sort of a once in 20 years happening, but this is the 3rd February in a row for it.
