Will I EVER be able to stop tracking calories? ( seems like every time I take a day off, I gain)
70.1 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I hear ya, @lindafitter/@rhontique🙄. I consider the same question on a daily basis. I really don’t want to spend the rest of my life eating 1200-1300 calories a day. I’m hoping that I will be able to go up to at least 1600 most days when the diet is over.

Time will tell I guess @ Magnuscanook. Confession: I had ice cream last night, like self indulgent a lot of ice cream, right out of the carton. I was scared to weigh myself this am… guess what? I lost a pound! Some days I don’t get it. But life goes on doesn’t it?

Totally got it, lindafitter! Thank God, ice cream is not a major allure for yours truly, but if I could conquer bread, I would be truly slim for life🙄
