Successful Intermittent Fasting, 16/8. Was a cold rainy day with snow in the evening. I did not walk today. Skipped breakfast but I also ate comfort food. Hubby made cornbread to go with the beans and cabbage he cooked. They tasted so good --I ate some in spite of the carb overload. One day at a time!
