Perhaps change when you are walking or break it up so you are walking more over different times. When I had lost my initial 150 lbs in year (I used to weigh 400lbs 13 years ago), I had changed my diet dramatically by doing low-carb. I was also walking to and from work as well as walking during my lunch hour 5 days a week which equaled to approx. 1.5-2 hrs every day. Also, how fast are you walking? Perhaps get a device that counts your daily steps and then challenge yourself. Which diet/lifestyle are you doing? Counting calories? Mediterranean? Low Carb? Keto? None of the above? Not saying you need to change to a specific type of diet/lifestyle but change is needed if you truly wish to loose weight. Get rid of anything processed & anything white - flour, rice, pasta, bread, crackers, cereal, and sugar. All are carbs and your body will convert them to glucose to use as energy easily. When you start removing them your body will look for other ways to make energy based on what you eat. There are YouTube video's that you can check out regarding the various eating lifestyles and recipes galore. Finally, you need to change your mindset. What I mean by this is changing the negatives over to positives. "I can't loose weight", "I'm a failure", "It's only one piece as I ravage the whole thing" and so on - change to - "Let's try something new.", "That's a food I've never tried, how would I cook it?", "time to experiment" and so on. I ramble a lot apparently :P but hopefully you can use some of the things I mentioned. If you need help, send me a message and I will give you my opinion on the topic. Not saying I'm right, not saying I'm wrong but any sort of change you do for you is a positive thing.

It is certainly not an easy road by any means. Unfortunately, successful weight loss, at least for me, has been related to steady and consistent effort in both diet and exercise. I have never been successful on any kind of diet that does not include food that I love and exercise I enjoy. For me, it’s all about portion control and balance. That’s what I have to get/keep in my head.
