A few things: went to a concert last night and had to stop at McDonald's. I only had a sugar-free iced coffee and some waffle fries (which I already entered into MFP). Didn't eat or drink anything at concert so that I could continue not eating after 6ish.
Today: went to the gym. Did lots of skipping, a full weights workout, and then yoga. I feel so amazing! this loss in weight only adds to that joy.
81.5 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 18.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
