I gained 7 pounds in Dec / Jan. I have only knocked off 1!!!!!! I'm not gaining, but I'm not losing the Christmas flab either!!!! I feel ya! Just keep going! Keep counting. Keep logging. Keep moving. Keep weighing in. We are NOT judging! Lord knows, I am TO BE JUDGED - not judging! I am only here to cheer you on! I know it's disheartening, but stay the course! We can only do the next right thing. All the rest will have to wait or take care of itself! Best wishes ❤️

Thanks for the encouragement, 3dkids2! I have been here before with this weight. It'll come off in February when a LARGE commitment stops.
