I am doing really well this week. Temptations are few. Thursday is our bowling Christmas party, I hope I can resist all the goodies that everyone is going to bring. I am going to take stuffed celery so I will have something to munch on while everyone else eats cake:(
76.7 kg Lost so far: 14.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

At this time of year (Yes) temptations are great...I have been invited to so many gatherings and have declined a lot of them just for that one reason..food, food, food....I sure hope you can enjoy your party without the temptations of others...some people just don't understand how hard it is for us...we have a hope, journey and goal to maintain ...and we want to succeed...Have fun at your party you have a nice loss there...Congrats..
