Tale as old as time -- over the holidays I slacked and my weight shot up ridiculously. I haven't been this heavy since Feb 2020 (and my recording today is actually LESS than where I was a week ago!). BUT! I have additional motivation to get back on track.
We finally did it. After three years we booked our return trip to Japan, and we'll be gone for a WHOLE MONTH. It's going to be a lot of activity, lots of walking, and I need to get healthy. I need to have the required stamina.
