SURPRISE 😮 New Low

I wasn't expecting this. I know I burned extra calories yesterday. I also ate over my 1700 daily goal. I don't worry about it on workout days, if I go over some.

Several loads of laundry & housework today.

Then 3 episodes of Pretty Little Liars on Hulu. Is it wrong I'm into watching a show that I think was originally written for teenagers? 😏

Not sure that I won't bounce back up tomorrow. My calorie count is not high but I had a very filling meal of Shrimp & Grits for dinner.
62.0 kg Lost so far: 16.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I bet with the lifting your inches will go down and your muscle is allowing for some extra calories. I keep watching old Price is Right episodes. I don't know why. Every day the prize is a sailboat. LOL

DP, I'm not seeing a big transformation yet, but my trainer did point out she was seeing more definition in my arms as I did a lift in Monday. I know that I'm continuing to burn calories after my workouts so I don't fret over eating more. I don't watch game shows (used to). Now I'm into watching series with a continuing story line. Just so you know, you are the biggest influence in my starting to lift weights. You encouraged me several times....and you were right 😊❤️
