Thanksgiving was hard on my new lifestyle, but my decision to wait until my next official weigh-in before I got discouraged was the right one. Now to conquer the rest of the holiday food marathon!
97.1 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
