Still hanging in there! Today is actually day 13, so it is a 'take day off' regular woe but 'be good' day today and tomorrow. This plan is ON for 12 days off for 2. I feel good but actually the other day I did not show a loss and actually had a slight up on the IT box (scale) but I didn't let that discourage me (as I would have done in the past) I stuck with it, even with my kids & grands in town! So I count that as a big PLUS! today, as day 1 of 2 on the off switch, I am good so far and really don't have the cravings I would expect, so I'm hanging in there as I said.
