Hang in there, you are still heading downward and no gains at all. I know this plan of quitting the night time eating is what is working. Maybe a few "stalls" where are bodies are re-adjusting is natural?? I've heard that from weight watcher's a long time ago. I know it's working. It's great that your hubby also lost weight joining you in this.
