1/12/23, one month shy of 2 yr FS anniversary. After three months of hovering around the low 180s I am recording a new low weight of 180 on the nose. Haven’t seen 180.0 since before November 2013! Total loss this time around: 57 lb. Major thanks to this app and community for all the help and support.

Things I did differently this past week to finally get the scale to budge (last two were unintentional):

🔹Four new hours of light cardio, weights and line dancing
🔹30g extra protein per day
🔹No empty calories from alcohol
🔹No empty calories from tortilla chips (a weakness)

Daily average calories Jan 3-11: 1400
Macros for the past month:
Jan 2-8: 39C 33F 29P
Dec 26-Jan 1 39C 38F 23P
Dec 19-25 42C 35F 23P
Dec 12-18. 46C 35F 19P

Mentally I really need to see the 170s but I will enjoy this victory. Yahoo! Hope everyone is having a great week. Remember to count your blessings along with your calories (or weight reps or however else you’re staying accountable)!
81.6 kg Lost so far: 25.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
