The pounds fell off this week. Just bacially ate less calories and kept sugar out of my diet. Did a few days of intermittent fasting with a six hour widow to eat. I think also this was from some weeks past that I had actually lost but at the time I weighted I had fluid so the scales are just now showing.
94.3 kg Lost so far: 19.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
